1. Shipping Destinations


Moventira LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations within the United States.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing.
Cost: Free on all orders.

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or peak season demand.

4. Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier's website or via our website at https://moventira.com/.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues


While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Moventira LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our direct control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to the item and packaging. This will help us process a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you promptly.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@moventira.com.

6. Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Moventira LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
