At Moventira LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Returns Overview
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* In its original packaging.
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered will not be eligible for return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting customer service.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Moventira LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Restocking Fee: Moventira LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@moventira.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact us at support@moventira.com or +1 (859) 299-7520 for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@moventira.com or +1 (859) 299-7520 within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return policy.
Domestic Shipping Only
Moventira LLC currently only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or returns from international locations.
